The solution was to build a cutting-edge, highly customisable hostel booking engine, which fully integrated with the Cloudbeds PMS & channel manager. In addition to improving the mobile user experience, the newly designed system also provides guests with the functionality to book multiple rooms, multiple offers & even multiple dates within a single reservation! The Safestay team had access to a huge arsenal of marketing tools to help maximise revenues.
What were the results? Over 38,000 website bookings, +74% year-on-year growth & 3.3% onlive booking conversion!
"There was one clear problem with an out-of-the-box booking engine provided by Cloudbeds; displaying a window to their site (through an iFrame) caused all sorts of issues, not least we could not track the effectiveness of our campaigns.
