Business Development Manager

The Percentage Company is looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is focussed on accelerating growth in the Thai market, is based in Phuket and the successful candidate will report directly to the co-founders.

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Phuket, Thailand
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Tasks:
- Identify, develop and prospect leads for Thai Market
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenues and expand the account base in Thailand.
- Generate effective & accurate pipeline forecast reporting.
- Drive pipeline development and customer acquisition activities, including direct sales, co-selling with co-founders
- Build executive level relationships for new prospects and with present clients
Experience: Minimum 3 years of business development experience in a similar field, ideally experienced in hospitality, travel, technology or digital marketing preferred.
Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal & business development skills with acquiring, building & maintaining long term customer relationships.
- Experience successfully negotiating deals & ability to cultivate & maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Ability to be able to deliver presentations to clients remotely and in-person.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai
- Team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic who adapts well to working in a fast-paced environment.
