Another Blockbuster Record Breaking Year at The Percentage Company
Another year has passed, (the 5th year of operation for The Percentage Company) and it brings us immense joy and pride to reflect on the remarkable journey we’ve embarked upon over the past year. 2023 was a year of unprecedented success for our team and for our clients, and I’m thrilled to share our de facto ‘ State of the Union ‘ with you all.
Unveiling Triumphs in Numbers
The heartbeat of any successful business lies in its achievements (especially for data nerds like us), and we’re elated to report substantial growth in our key performance metrics. In 2023, we generated an amazing 588 million Thai Baht and almost 175,000 room nights in sales, which is an incredible 155% increase on last year (2022). This takes our overall sales to over 975 Million Thai Baht and over 347,000 room nights sold since 2019.
These numbers are a testament to the hard work, dedication, and innovation demonstrated by each member of our incredible team as well as the hard work from all the amazing teams at our client hotels.

From boutique establishments in Chiang Mai Like Puripunn Hideaway to renowned hotel chains like Aspira Hotels & Resorts, from new openings like 7Q Patong to Relaunches like Tour de Phuket Hotel, we’ve witnessed our clients thrive in the digital landscape. It’s a source of great satisfaction to see their online presence flourish, resulting in increased bookings, engagement, and overall brand visibility.
One notable success story comes from the Puripunn Hideaway Hotel in Chiang Mai, a beautiful boutique hotel that, through our OTA & Revenue Management and digital marketing campaigns, saw a staggering 66% occupancy in the 2nd month after re-opening from a covid closure and refurbishment. This property is going from strength to strength by leveraging digital marketing and solidifying their position as leading choice for travelers seeking unique and memorable hotel experiences in Chiang Mai.
The 7Q Patong Beach Hotel went from zero-to-hero going from 1% occupancy to 53% within 30 days using our OTA & Revenue management service. This well positioned boutique hotel near the beach in Patong offers great value accommodation close to all the action.
Another noteworthy achievement comes from Aspira Hotels & Resorts, a well-established 40-property hotel chain based in Bangkok. Our data-driven approach to digital marketing and booking engine system development, led to a remarkable 74.55% increase in direct website revenue.

This year, we successfully relaunched websites, implemented several PMS, POS and accounting systems, and continued development on several multi-year web development projects. The positive feedback we have received from these and other projects reaffirm our belief in the power of innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience. In addition to this we are proud of our partnership with the BCIS school internship program in which we can give young people in Phuket a feeling of what it’s like to work in the cutting edge hotel digital marketing space.
