  • Patong Bay Hill was a large (365 rooms) newly constructed property with very limited brand awareness & poor online distribution & limited direct sales, relying mostly on offline travel agents. The goal was to create a flexible, dynamic rate structure to allow space for a digital marketing strategy, which would then allow for the increase in online travel agent and direct website sales for the resort at a higher price point than the offline equivalent.
